    Hello there.
First you need to check the voltage and compares with the bulbs you are using.

After this check for any short circuit by testing with an Volt meter checking from ground to Line and ground to Neutral if is there any voltage AC from ground (post) to either Neutral or Line then you have a short circuit.

If you know how to fix it then do it if not then let a qualified electrician do this work for you.
    I hope this can help.

You can get heavy duty bulbs made for drop-lights and garage door openers. Might be worth a try. If that doesn’t work you may have some electrical problem like a short.

Good chance switching to a rough service (heavy duty) bulb will solve the problem.

Try an appliance bulb, or heavy duty usage bulb (trouble light)

you need to check volt may be to low is this a lon run from over 50 ft if so you may need to step up wire size but check vlolts need 110 not 100 or 95 etc also make shure bulb not gettin wet leaking cover etc

It could also be that the neutral is being switched instead of the common. Even though it is a series circuit, the lamp will have full voltage to it if the Active is not switched. This has been known to interfere with the life of globes etc.
