I have a lamp post outside that has a sensor, which turns the light on and sunset and off at sunrise. There is also an electrical outlet on the post.
Neither the light or the outlet works, and all breakers are on.
What could be wrong?

The outlet should not be wired through the sensor, so if neither the light nor the outlet work then no power is getting to the lamp post. Has anybody been digging in the yard recently? They could have cut the wire. Also, is there a switch inside somewhere for this lamp?
i dont know i dont trust those things..they always malfunction..i think they run off LEDS..so when like the things breaks your screwed..
check the sensor
who installed it you ,or somebody else ??? get an electrical tester and check the wires for power maybe there is no power
Sounds like the sensor has gone bad. Replace it. Has there been any recent yard work that required digging of any kind? Wire could have been cut. Is there a switch that might operate this light separate from the rest of the system?
Its not working
the first thing I would do is stop by the hardware store pick your self up a pen light tester for 110 volt electrical, inexpensive, the end lights if power is present and some of them will offer a audible tone. once you have this remove cover on post, I’m guessing the lamp is out away from the house so the electrical is probably fed to it under ground, you should find where the wires are tied together near the photo eye, if the power is fed from the bottom then slide your tester on that section of wire " power wire is normally black or red" if there is power on that side that tells us the feed wire is good now check the lead coming out of the photo eye it will be running to the socket it also is either black or red no power then your photo eye is shot a good hardware store should have one. if you have power there then the light socket could be shot.
If there is an electrical outlet on the post (near the bottom — 3-socket, female plug-in type I assume, in a weather-proof box) that outlet should be ‘live’ at all times for the lamp to have electrical supply also. You can test the SUPPLY of electricity to the whole lamp post by opening the utility box for the plug-in and pulgging a workshop lamp (or other safety-grounded portable light) into it and see if the light can be turned on. If not, there is NO electrical supply to the lamp post, and the trouble lies somewhere in the breaker box or in the underground electrical cable from the breaker box out to the pole.
Check for a GFI outlet. Look in the garage or outside.
